La Plage 37 – Sea View, Pool & Steps from the Beach

Overall good. Alex never did respond to our question about how to access the pool so we were limited to beaches which wa Positive: Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen for what we needed, very close to beach and loads of choices for dining. Negative: Right above the Yellow Sub bar with live entertainment which was good as long as the entertainment was good. On one night in particular the singer’s voice left a lot to be desired and were very grateful when 10:30 arrived and he was done!!

Was great being close to beach, restaurants and small grocery store Positive: Nice view of the beach Close to restaurants and small grocery store Comfortable bed Air conditioning Cross breeze was great Kitchen was basic but adequate Negative: stairs to bedroom was very steep Bathroom was small and on first floor not conducive if you need to use it at night Water pressure wasn’t the best but that could be an island issue Loft bedroom ceiling was slanted so it was easy to hit your head No place to hang clothes

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the property's location. Positive: The location was excellent. Beautiful views from the balcony. Close to restaurants and small grocery store. The beach was a 1 minute walk. The property was very clean with good amenities. Alex was great and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this location. Negative: The noise from the Yellow Sub bar was really loud at night. The music was good most nights but very loud. A TV would have been nice. The stairs to the loft were very steep and would not be good for someone older or mobility challenged.
